We've had lots of rain. But I don't think that, that is the problem. The soil drains good. I have some garlic planted around it for borers. so what do I need to do?

Sounds like they might need iron, pick up some ironex and sprinkle some around trees.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Epson salt around the base of the tree. Or you can mix it in water, 2 tablespoons per 2 gallons, and water it.
