YES! Do not buy from Richard Owens Nursery. I bought some plants from them 2 years ago and the plants were so rotten they smelled like sewage and they never did make them good. They are one of a dozen or so little rinky-dink nurseries that all got together and are operated under an "umbrella" company. I was told this AFTER I got ripped off. I say ,no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no-no, NO!
