Can you eat ornamental corn? I have some growing, and it's doing great. Would it taste good as fresh corn on the cob, or dried and ground for cornmeal?
    Thanks,
    Mary

Yes you just pick it while its still in the Milk stage, And it will make A decent corn meal Allso. I used to mix the Ornimental corn with feild corn for roasting ears . Made some great ears 12" long also..

Ok, thanks James! I am assuming this won't be as tender as sweet corn.
