I was butchering two wethers this evening and I had just gotten around to hauling the second one up the hill to the area where I butcher. We were hauling him there in the front of our pickup. I had the radio on low tuned to a soft rock station, and right as we pulled up to the "hanging tree" with the wether, they started playing "We may never pass this way again". I just had to giggle......... :)

I remember leaving for Navy bootcamp in 1979. I got on a plane in Atlanta heading for San Diego and put on the headphones to listen to some music. The first song that was playing was "In The Navy ". I changed stations and found "Leaving On A Jet Plane". Switching to another station, I found "Go West Young Man". At that point, I took the headphones off.
