depends on how much you did-you may hurt tomorrow. if so, stretch, walk, and wait until the next day to do a little more, or work different muscles. if not, work different muscle groups. you need to give the muscles a day to rest between workouts. work arms one day, legs the next, then abs, then arms, etc. i don't work my legs as much as arms, b/c my legs are pretty nice as it is, and i walk a lot.
