1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1tbsp. wesson oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Combine all in a large sauce pan and cook 3 minutes stir constantly to avoid sticking. And then drop on wax paper and knead till cooled off. Store in air tight zip lock bag.
