Brown Sugar Shortbread

1 cup butter, better if homemade
1 cup brown sugar
enough flour to make a stiff dough you can roll

Mix all together well, roll out thin or thick, depending on your tastes...thin bake up faster and are crisper.
Cut into shapes, and place on UNGREASED baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 10min, or until light brown...longer if your oven isn't as hot.

This is my grandmothers recipes...a great Fav. of mine, every x-mas we got these, decorated with homemade colored sugars. :) Great Stuff....More Native American recipes from Grandma to come....
