WE happened to go to the country fair this weekend and of course we had to check out the goats :) In one pen were 3 two-week old kids who had lost their mom--2 little bucks and a doeling. Well of course we had to ask.lol. We brought home a sweet little full boer baby. He is beautiful and sweet and loveable, lol. He will be our herd sire.(We already have several 4-6 month old does). He is out of the EGGS line in texas so we expect great things from him.
For now tho', I'm back to bottles and kids in the house lol.

And since we have to pick a name for the place for his registration papers...we've settled on Fox Hollow Farm---we actually have a pair who live here:)
So expect to start seeing babies come out of here next spring:)
