Need help curing my ham and bacon

    I want to cure my ham and bacon in a brine solution this time since they didn't turn out like I wanted last time. I have everything I need except one thing. Cure #1 is all that it says. What is this stuff? Where can I find it? Does it have another name?

    I think Ive seen it in stores but cant remember which one. I would look at the supermarkets in the aisle that holds the canning/pickling stuff, or try the sporting goods sections where they have the spices for making jerky and summer sausage.
