Need help - Book Suggestions on Edible Plants

    We're not totally clueless about edible plants but near enough that we are hesitant to harvest anything right now. We would appreciate some suggested book titles for Identifying, gathering, and preparing edible wild plants.

    Thanks Culpeper. I've looked at a few of those sites before, but I have a terrible memory especially once I'm out in the woods.

    Copy and paste the information you want to keep, and print it out to make your own book! A photo album with plastic sleeves is perfect for the job.

    any of the perterson field guides are excellent. they are organized in a way that the average person can use them.
