Went to a rummage sale and got a giant stuffed pink pig with a pink and white gingham (for the guys, that means small checks :p ) bow around her neck and she has taken up residence on the sofa. She needs a name and I'm not very creative. Any suggestions?

Well, there is of course the obvious, Babe, or Miss Piggy. Wee Wee Piggie? Porkini, Pork Pie, or Puddin'? Or of course there's Pansy, Paloma, Persephone, Petula, Phoebe, Poppy, Prudence, Pricilla. Put Princess in front of any of them, and Pig on the end. My favorite would be Princess Prudence Pig. Or you could go weird and call her Kermit!!!

Braunschwieger or Johnsonville. If it was a boy I'd name it Oscar Meyer.

I like Prudence.Or maybe Constance. My husband once named a young heifer cow "Millicent", we called her Millie for short.

Thank you everyone for the great suggestions! I will keep them in mind for future real pigs. The stuffed one will be known as Piggy Lee.

Up North gets a bucket of fermented corn for that one! :D

Firefly, Firefly, Firefly,..Your enthusiasm for all things porcine can only lead me to conclude that you are the Carmen Miranda of the Hog Lots. I can see it clearly, the large hat adorned with plastic fruit, the excessive lipstick, the calico dress, traipsing barefoot thru the hoglots dispensing corn to Puerco & his ladies. All the while singing..AyeYeigh, AyeYeigh,..AyeYeigh, AyeYeigh.

And to think so little of me as to offer me the distiller's grain. I should think
a gentleman of my caliber worthy of the original product of the still, LOL.
