So, they can't give you advice about what tools you might need and they won't respond to requests to buy furniture.

But such advice can give other users of the forum, right? I'm also confused now and need to know what tools to use. Thus, I see no problem asking about it in this thread. Anyway, sometimes it's difficult to find the necessary tools for woodworking. I've tried to make several chairs and tables for my garden, and it wasn't the best experience in my life. I eventually decided to get new garden furniture at https://www.gardenfurniture.co.uk that has different sets of chairs and tables. But still, I wanna make smth valuable next years and I need to know what tools are necessary.

So far no one has offered to give anyone any advice regarding the tools needed to build your own furniture. Maybe someone could start a thread about woodworking and useful tools in the "shop talk" forum.
