I made the salsa-I noticed different people got varying amounts from a packet. The instructions are a bit confusing--so, I opened a can of 14.5 petite tomatoes--and used the can to measure my various colored paste tomatoes-- I ended up with 6 pints ( I also noticed some said it was too spicy, so I used a extra tomato) I pressure canned for 20 minutes, as per my earlier questions. The taste was just about right--although time in the jar might change that.
