It is going to be in the 45-48 degree range today and tomorrow. I would like to move my red rasp plant thats taking over my garden to a new raised bed.Is it too late? Should I wait till Spring? I want the space for a new strawberry bed.

Hey.

Move them if they're dormant. If you move them and the leaves are green, there is a good chance of losing them this late in the year if your weather is turning worse day-by-day...too much shock at one time. Another consideration is if the ground is frozen by you yet...my ground is already freezing up here in northern Wisconsin and using a shovel is out of the question. I would also water them after transplanting if your ground isn't frozen.
