She's a first time mom and not showing any bagging of the tits. The pigs look thin we had just started giving her milk producer pills to help her she wasn't due till at least September 3 should have started her earlier probably. They will be 3 days old tomorrow and herefords breed and will be registered so really don't want to loose any of them. Do I need to bottle feed them I bought some milk replacer just incase because we have 4 litters on the ground now and two more by middle of September.

If they are strong enough that they are scooting and seem healthy, growing but just a little thin around I'd just set up a creep and a pan of milk for them. Out of her reach, but they should find it and drink it themselves. I didn't have any luck bottle feeding my piglet, but once we set up a pan (and a rock in it so it doesn't get flipped over) she started growing.
