Grey-white? It's Powdery Mildew, and if the leaves are dying, it's a bit late to do much about it. In the early stages, a regular spray with Garlic Spray or Chamomile Tea will kill off the fungus.

Mix 1 cup of milk to a gallon of water or 3 heaping tsp of baking soda to a gallon of water and spray on the leaves every 3 days.

When you water, try not to get the leaves wet. Aim for the root zone.
