I have a brood cage that has a built in nest box and everything needed. Right now i am housing a few chinchilla's in it and was wondering if there is anything that I need to worry about that might be harmful to the rabbits. This cage is going to be used for some babies so I want to make sure it is fine.

These chinchilla's are very healthy although I do remember reading somting about the chinchilla's can get sick from somthing in the rabbit..wanted to see if it was the same the other way around.

Thanks,

You're not going to keep them together in there are you?
I wouldn't advise that. Otherwise, when you move the chinnies, just clean the cage good, and wash the feeders, and waterers, give it all a bleach rinse. (capful to a gallon water) Chinnies are pretty clean, and I can't think of anything a healthy chin would pass on to a rabbit.
