Question... Will donkeys still mate if the female is already bred??

yes , With the hormonal changes it sometimes triggers a false heat or she could just like what Jack is packing .

It would be uncommon for a jennet to stand for a jack if she's already bred, there is a chance for a false heat but it's unlikely.

I have not seen a pregnant jennet stand for a jack, ever. I have 7 donkeys, my little jennet has had several foals, and not one time did she willingly stand for a jack while pregnant.

Also, I will say this...the best thing I ever did for my little Jack was geld him:) He and my girls are much happier, I promise.
