What do you think about feeding pigs fresh cow milk?

milk is a terrific food for pigs. I would make a slop by wetting the grain with the milk.

We feed milk to our pigs every day. If you think pigs are rude in general, wait until you start feeding milk!

Were almost ready to butcher our first pig we raised on goat milk and pig grain. For those of you who have fed a pig out with milk and grain did you notice to much fat on the pig? Do they tend to be more tender at all being milk fed? Is the meat flavor better or you couldn't tell the difference? Thanks.

When we had pigs, we fed them milk. We also feed milk to our chickens. Some of the tenderest fryers we ever had were raised on ground corn and fresh milk.

I think the meat has better taste when they drink aot of milk. It is a slightly different color also.
