Management software

Hello all, I am new here and would like to ask a question right off the bat. What management software are you all using? My needs would be for a 200 head flock (after lambing) and hay production with sales. My wife can make something herself but I am not good with excel in fact I hate it. So I’m looking for something more intuitive. Thank you in advance..
