I just worked with my postal delivery lady. I just told her to hold all boxes at the post office and I'd pick them up. It works perfectly. UPS never has a problem getting to our front door.....FedEx can't seem to find me ever....so...I don't use FedEx unless I have no other choice.

As a rural mailman I can tell you we love big mailboxes. Unless your driveway gate is locked I'd drive to your house anything that doesn't fit.

That's common here. Streetwise for mail box, then near the other house place a address sign with your house address number and a arrow pointing on towards your house..

Our mail lady is a rural contractor. She is the best! Always brings packages that won't fit right to our covered front porch. And she doesn't care if I haven't plowed yet in the winter with her little Honda all-wheel drive. She says she loves winter......

Use a locking mailbox. A ,lot of ID theft takes place on people with rural mailboxes.
