Hey Folks, Greer is a pregnant Dorset, she is in her last few weeks of pregnancy. Over the past two weeks Greer has been losing wool in the area in front of her right hip bone to her rib cage. She doesn't seem to scratch very often in the day time, but she does rub herself against the walls every so often (A few times a day.) and that observation, connected some wool I found dangling on the wall, have caused me to believe she is losing wool from rubbing her side along the wall. I don't see any ticks or anything out of the ordinary, what could be wrong? Would shearing make Greer feel better? I planned to shear soon, but if shearing would help her, I'll shear her right away, if it will make her even more uncomfortable, perhaps making her skin raw with more rubbing, I won't until she is feeling better. Any help would be highly appriciated! Thank you, farewell.
