Hello, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good way to find farms/farmhouses for sale or rent in the midwest? I've tried some searches online, and try scouring the papers from the more rural areas nearby to no avail. I am someone who knows she belongs in the country on a farm with lots of land, but I've never actually lived on a farm, so any advice on where to start would be much appreciated!! Thanks!

Contact a realtor in the area you are looking in. I have one for sale...150 acres in Edgar County. let me know if you are interested.

I actually just stumbled across a website that had exactly what I was looking for. Thought I'd pass it along to everyone.

    www.landandfarm.com

Yes, that is a good one.

    Try www.unitedcountry.com also.

Mind, United Country asks the going price, so if you can find an affordable property check the other realties in the area also.
