I live in an are where most of the farm have turned to vegetables and not the usual 'row crops'. What I am trying to find, is a beneficial insect that will destroy the other insects (in the potatoe fields), but have a resistance to the chemicals that are still being applied to the fields.

If anyone even has the most remote of ideas as to what would help the potatoe farm, please let me know.

I don't think that would be possible since you are still applying chemicals to the area. Those chemicals will kill the good and the bad bugs - above and below ground.
