A friend in Texas has just found a large swarm of bees on a tree in her back yard. Noticed yesterday and still there today. She doesn't want them destroyed and removal services are high......I myself no very little about honey bees.
    Any suggestions....
    Thanks,
    Bill

Good morning. You might want to contact your local bee association for many times those people will come to get the bees for free. Best wishes,-Mr. Philbee

You could also take up beekeeping and join us here on the beekeeping forum on a more permanent basis! :p But yes, the beekeeping association is a good bit of advice. You could also hive the swarm yourself after a bit of reading, and make a few bucks selling the hive to another beekeeper. Sure beats paying to have them removed!
