DSH hasn't really been on board about the prepping. He's rolled his eyes when I bring home bags of items (items on sale!) He's noticed the basement has more shelves added since he last went in...
Well today he walks into the kitchen & asked me ... We have x amount of turkey broth that's about to expire. What can we use this in tonight or is there a better use for it? Two minutes later I had several pots on the burner, rice toasted, & replied well guess I can make rice for several freezer meals. He smiles & went back down to get the canned jars of turkey.
Also he finally decided to purchase a few add'l gas cans, few other items I've been asking for & is assisting in setting up a new greenhouse tomorrow.
I don't really know what has changed his thoughts but it appears he's coming around.
Life is so much better when both people are paddling together!
