Late Raspberries

    Beautiful, huge, free, late Raspberries!

    Neighbor is gone and in exchange for feeding his animals today, I got to pick his raspberries. Got enough for 2 batches of jam.

    Big drawback----- I had to pick them in the SNOW!
    Hands got cold but I guess SNOW was better than rain.

    Wow. Snow already?

    I love raspberries. They start putting out in August, and don't stop for MONTHS! I'm still picking twice a week.

    These plants are still laden with developing and ripening berries.
    Its a shame the weather will interfere before they have a chance to complete their goal.
