I've had two LaMancha goats for the past 5-6 years and a while back one of them started producing milk, she had never been bred we got them as babies. Both of their bags looked full and I got milk from one. Is that normal for LaManchas? And would it be safe to drink the milk?

Yes, it can happen.

Check your records on her last meds.
Make sure she hasn’t had anything you don’t want to drink.

Are you milking her now? If not, milk her out and look at the milk.

Let us know how it looks.

we dont really give them medicine, i haven't tried to milk her in about 4 years it was only a little that came out that one time the other times I've tried but nothing came out. I'll try to get her in a pen so I can try again.

I admit my ignorance about precocious lactation in goats. It is always nice or humiliating, as the case may be, to learn something new. I like other people's goats; I couldn't stand mine....which is why I don't have them anymore.

Ah. Yes. Precious.

Too much stress to remember the correct word.
