I have a six month old Unregistered Lamancha billy with horns. He can lead but he tends to be aggressive with men. I’m unsure of how much he weighs. Getting ready to sell him, but am new to goats and have no idea what a good price would be. He is pretty friendly and attached to me, I would put him to an auction but I want to make sure that he gets a good home, I just don’t know what an appropriate price is. I’ve noticed that females of this breed get around $250 at auctions. What would be an appropriate price for my billy?

That's a tough one that'll depend on demand in your area. I've seen good purebred unregistered bucks around here go for $500+. I've also seen people struggle to sell bucks for $150. I would check around your local area for what other people are asking on things like facebook, or other online marketplaces. If he's got good conformation and comes from good milking lines, I would think someone should be willing to pay $400-$500. But I'm no good at judging conformation from pictures

I was thinking 150$ or 200$ but I'm new to goats and i don't know if he's pureblood. I've been checking around and the only one i can find are registered nannies non auction, or unregistered nannies at auction. the registered ones are like 400$ and the Auction ones are anywhere from 50$ to 250$
