Surprisingly there were no water spots ....
We have sweet well water but it has enough mineral content to spot windows, car finish, etc. if left to dry. And getting the stains/spots off is a pain. Vinegar, whatever, its a bunch of elbow grease. That's OK. I'll take good tasting water any day.

But to this post its more than the aching muscles. I can deal with that. But it is diminished dexterity, balance and the worst: strength. And I'm not yet 70. It sucks to have to be conscious of so many things I used to take for granted. Having said that, it is taking things for granted that has resulted in current health stuff which is structural. But then that affects muscular and that affects this that and the other.

I was without fear in younger years. I always healed up and moved on quickly. But oh, darn, that activity came back to haunt me.

Painterswife, activity is my grease, soreness be damned. Be happy to work hard enough to get sore.

My other activity is working in the crawl space.
Oh my gosh. How I can relate. There is coconut milk down there that the wife wants for cooking. It's there but I can't find it. Not to mention other things. I always find a different priority than going to the crawl space but I am running out of excuses. This is typical but that night seemed to hit a record.

These aren't all specific spices. She has jars and jars of premixed concoctions. I think some of them may ward off evil spirits. But I'm still around.
