I'm not a huge fan of pizza, but this is (was) just heavenly... She's got it figured out!
It's not the recipe but the $3 pizza stone I found on a K-mart clearance rack last spring. The only other decent crusts I've ever made were on a gas grill. This was my usual "recipe": some water, a sprinkling of yeast, salt and enough flour to make a very soft kinda sticky dough. Sourdough on a stone is fantastic!Is that a homeade crust? If so, would you mind sharing the recipe? I love homeade pizza, but can't get a crust recipe that's worth a toot.
