I just received an apology letter with the late fee taken off. OK...I could have just called customer service. but I put my complaint in writing because then all fees stop while in dispute. something my hubby just couldn't grasp. he kept thinking we should pay it so more fees didn't accumulate. good grief...maybe it's a guy thing..........but he'd pay any thing.

he can snooze in his chair tonight a happier man. LOL


meanwhile...they keep sending me major $$$$ off coupons via email. sure hope they're good after Christmas. I need new fluffy towels. :) :) :)

i assume you missed the notice they were going to a 23 day billing cycle?? ridiculous! that way the bill would come earlier each month, instead of at a regular time. they raised the interest rate too. it's a huge rip-off.

i cancelled mine. if i want anything on credit from their store, i'll put it on a credit card with a reasonable rate and policy.
