Mine arrived yesterday! RH I have noticed that for a long time now. What we discuss here generally seems to be what is in the magazine.

  6. I'm just praying Santa will deliver a subscription. Should be at the new Homestead permanently in a month or so. Going to travel 500 miles just to spend New Years Eve there and celebrate the new life I'll have so very soon.

Now I'm bummed. It's Saturday night and mine didn't come today. Monday can't come fast enough now! What makes it even worse is that my mail carrier doesn't come til between 3 & 4 in the afternoon; I can't stand the thought of my magazine sitting in the post office until then!

I hate that when the post office reads mine!

  9. Ken you will have to check out the article about blacksmithing. The author state even his pet turkey gets into blacksmithing. He dropped some hot fire on the bird and it bolted. :haha:

r.h.: Got my copy yesterday. Actually, caption said he dropped a piece of hot iron on it and it made a bolt for the door.
