I went for my sonogram and genitic testing today. We have a boy..Joseph Richard due date May 18th and everything looks very normal for a old broad!! Testing came back great and told them no for amnio and even the lady going over the tests agreed. Didn't really care if they agreed wasn't having it done!! :)

Congrats SandyB !! I was an old broad too when I had my boys!!! Best thing that ever happened to me.
They tried to push a bunch of tests on me but I told them we were taking whatever God gave us...the doctors looked at me like I had lobsters coming out my ears!! My boys are now 5 1/2 and 4, normal and I enjoy everyday I have with them.

It is very good to have a Taurus child. They are so good with money! Beware though, it will be difficult for them to actually make a decision unless they have weighed and pondered every possible angle over and over again.

Also beware if their heart is broken, most never fully recover.

Oh, and once he has made up his mind about something you will never, ever change it.

I'll bet BarbG is nodding right now.

I don't mind I'll be 39 when it will be born! They make you feel old as dirt when they start calling you "advanced maternal aged" I so dislike those words!! My granny had her last child at 39!! So funny to me.

Thanks for all the encourgment!! I now know I can come here and ask anything about being an older Mom and have plenty of views!!! :)
