It was going to be a supper club that featured a skylight/ partial wall that had lightening and rain fall as the patrons were eating. It never happened. Apparently those whom control finance never agreeded with my idea. I had it down to a small drip at the tables, a waiter or waitress would appear with a tiny galvanized bucket and explain such 'Happens here' as the bucket was placed on their table.

Why don't things happen as we plan for them too? If only this lifetime could furnish what I can think......

    Whats your lost dream?

I think it's time zeppelins made a return. A floating sky restaurant over touristy places...a sky cruise over Alaska.
Plase note a zeppelin is not a blimp. Zeppelins have spacious cabins, dining and dance halls with observation windows, etc. They carry crew. They are like ocean liners of the skies.
And using helium instead of hydrogen, would not be fire/explosion hazard.

Mine was to be fearless in life. I used to be but society and kids demand roots and stability and routine to some degree. I will go back to living fearlessly when they've grown and are independant. Unless I'm too afraid to by then.

With critter care, I've had to put my dream of toasting the sunset at Key West on hold ... it's not lost just waiting.

    I did that once!

    Jan. 25, 2002.

    It was a wonderful experience!

And the following night we observed the sunset from a masted sailing ship off shore from the Everglades. :)

When I was about 10, I thought I was going to "clean the world".
I was going to start in the slums of New York and work my way west....all across the U.S.

And--in reality, I can't even keep my house clean!

My 12 story underground house. :)

Still have time, but now I'd rather just have a really nice barn and commercial size greenhouse.
