I keep hearing from people around he country that it is unusually dry. And, today I watered even though this is SUPPOSED to be the wettest time of the year.

How about where you live? s it dry enough to hurt crops. pastures, or vegetables?

Serious dry here. It's just a matter of time before cattle start going to town if it doesn't rain.

Only thing I'm suffering is to much grass cutting thanks to the rain.

I wish we were suffering from shortage of rain. Last week we had 3 days of an inch to 1 1/2 inches of steady farmer showers that while watering us good, combined with the warm temps got the grass and hay going good and we couldn't get in any decent lawn mowing in between so on the no rain days I did critical area hoe scraping and weed wacker uneven dropping of the grass and raking to keep visible areas for snakes.

This week the humidity is 70 to 75 percent and every day we are having 3 to 7 45 minute or so tropical downpour thunderstorms with 40 mph wind gusts that drop 1/2 to inch of rain during each downpour. First part of next week is supposed to be the same.

No rain in a month on our property. There is some rain near by but it has missed us. Grass is dying and if it rains to much it will be mud where we drive.

Here in Chelem we haven't had a really good rain since the end of Jan. In Progreso which is 6.5 miles away they have gotten plenty of rain. We are having to water all of our plants. Luckily we have a well.

Very good here. Lots of rain at the right time. Rain again last night. My garden and crops in the fields are doing really well. Its has been on the warm side. Rain and heat makes for good crops. Hope this keeps up for the next 3 mos. and I will have a record crop. My farm animals love it.

We have not had any measureable amount of moisture since January. One good spark and this whole country will burn to the ground.
