We got a lamancha buckling on Tuesday and he will be four weeks old on Sunday,
We are bottle feeding him and we put him in a seprate area that is adjoined to the does pen and we tried putting are wether in with him but he keeps butting him and hurting him, so we put are 3 month old doeling in with him.
And yestarday when I went down there he was doing his boy thing and trying to breed her.
Can he do the deed? Or is he to young?
Should we take the doeling out?

Thanks Marisa

I doubt he has viable sperm, but he could mount her, and she is old enough to be bred, and it does just take one.

Got any bred does you could put in there?

No I don't all my does still have there kids on them. I forgot to add he did mount her.
I tried putting a yearling milker in with him that has no kids but she beat him up.

Thanks Marisa
