My pig went and dug around the sand and then it walked a bit and sat its butt in the same for a second and got up and walked. I had cats growing up and I know they did the butt scooting thing when they had worms to itch themselves. The pig didn't scoot at all but just sat there for about a second or two. Would it be indicative of worms?

Internal parasites can be diagnosed by clinical signs, necropsy and examinations of feces for eggs. Clinical signs include poor feed efficiency, unthrifty appearance, coughing, pneumonia, diarrhea and death. However, many hogs may be heavily parasite-infected and appear normal.

sometimes pigs just like to sit. Not an indication of worms.
