Hi...Someone cut alot of big white pine near me and there is alot of chips and sawdust available. I am getting ready to bed my garden down next month and was wondering if that would be good to use. I usually cover them with piles of pine needles and then some tree boughs and that usually keeps things snug until spring.
    Thanks for any input.

let the chips and sawdust compost for a year before putting it on your garden. the green wood is too "strong."
