I saw you needed help to finish these few up, so I decided to help.

Ninth Edition tested REcipes

Tomato Soup
page 117
Rate 4
Comments: This was unusal but actually good. I used canned tomato juice though and 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy. The kids thought it was ok, but nothing to rave about....lol

Minestrone Soup
page 117
Rate 4
Comments: This was good, I did use storebought creamy peanut butter, frozen cooked corn, and canned peas though as well as the rest of the veggies. But it still turned out really well and tasted good.

I only have the 9th so this may not be relevant.

When I was younger and wanted to be vegetarian, read vegetarian times,
etc. I felt like I had to follow "rules" and if I broke then I might as well
give up - did this several times. Then I met someone who was vegetarian
but would eat shark - he said he'd eat any animal that would eat him. It
was a good lesson. It's not about someone else's rules and you have to pick
one of the vegetarian styles (raw food, vegan, etc) and do what that tells
you. Decide what is right for you. When I decided to be vegetarian, I
ended up eating seafood as well, since I was a consultant and ate at
restaurants all the time. (I later learned that there's a word for this -
pescatarian - someone who eats fish but not chicken or meat).

Lisa, no longer any kind of vegetarian
