What about bacteria build up from the cistrin tank from the grey water from hand washing??? I think it is a great concept but needs an added filtration/sanitation of the handwashing grey water before entering the cistrin for the next flush.

Around here there would be enough chlorine in the hand washing water to kill it off and then some. Stinks to high heavens.

I would think that washing your hands that way would be rather awkward....try putting something in front of your sink now and see how that feels.

Seems like it would be awkward to stand directly in front of the sink, like you normally do when washing your hands. With this set-up, you'd end up having to spread your legs, with one on either side of the loo to get close enough to the sink to wash your hands. I guess you could always wash your hands on the side of the sink instead...
