If he can successfully mount her, then, yes, he can. Rabbit bucks don't discriminate, nor does a willing doe. I once saw a tiny Netherland Dwarf buck try to mount a huge Flemish Giant doe... and she was very willing!
I assume you have no pedigrres. Even with a pedigree, there is really no telling what you will get. I have a line of pure castors, have a 7 generation pedigree on them, had a broken show up in a litter. That SHOULD not happen with 7 lines of pure castor. No broken in the mix. Who knows.
