...but sometimes I really, really hate our Justice Sytem, (if that's the appropriate title for it).

See story here. IMO, this dude shouldn't have breathed long enough for 3 trials.

It's ok to hate corruption.
This, is corruption.
"...but sometimes I really, really hate our Justice Sytem, (if that's the appropriate title for it)."

I prefer to call it by the other name, the legal system. Justice has no place in the game the lawyers play.;)
thats not half as bad as the guy that beat a four year old over a course of days leading to the toddlers death!

its bad but not as bad as that!

I would go get thrown in county lock up if I knew I could have five mins with that guy!
I know they have him under lock and key though!
so it would not accomplish much but I think five mins with him I could get him to give me the reason I need not that he hasnt just not a leg to stand on in court!

he's a POS and I belive its ok to hate after all it is a emotion or at least a degree of a emotion. just do it for the right reasons and have controll. I would say anything like what you posted about or this is a good reason! but hate is powerfull and can eat you just the same! so be carefull!

your right , its all about the dollers and the boys club!
Tesky is a really bad dude, a psychopath with 37 convictions and a horrendous past of crime starting as early as age 3. (see link below from 2008 detailing his history). Short of a death sentence or a sentence of life imprisonment this is all the Crown can do is to keep on having retrials every few years. The reason for the retrials is to continue to keep him confined to prison indefinitely so he can never get out of prison again. Tesky has been kept in custody while waiting to be sentenced.

The Crown applied to have him declared a dangerous offender, which would allow for an indefinite sentence and additional conditions placed on any release. The designation is applied when normal sentencing isn't considered harsh enough.

.
So after that explanation do you all still think it's a corrupt justice system for dealing with that guy and keeping him in prison permanently?

I guess the point I was trying to make is that I don't want our justice system to keep him in prison permanently, I would like our justice system to dispose of him. Again, JMO, I guess I'm dreaming. I'll stop now.
