Since Google A.I. started topping their search page a few other CIS nerds and I have been playing our search stump game with it and combined we have put the dunce hat on it a few hundred times so far.

My Google A.I. shoot down tonight was searching how many The Andy Griffith Show actors joined Don Knotts on his first movie after finishing his main role as Barney on TAGS.

While I knew that at least 12 or so TAGS actors showed up in the movie, the actual number according to three movie trivia sites all put the number at 22 while Google A.I. reported only 4 and left out Hal Smith , Otis on TAGS who started off the Mr. Chicken movie plot. LOL

While Google A.I. has gotten the dunce hat a lot, we play stump the bot more with it than other bots but we have been able to put the dunce cap on ChatGPT and other A.I. bots with easy queries.

The sad part we see in the current era is many now think A.I. has all the answers without any human review.

Anyone else play stump the A.I. bots for kicks when you are bored?

I just did it tonight while searching for fluorescent gemstones. Google AI was accurate with a few, but completely omitted the synthetic stones.

Now it says clad Eisenhower dollar coins are worth "a few dollars". 🙄 Some are, but only a very few that are certain types or have strike errors.

I watched Overboard instead. I'm just not a Don Knotts fan.

Google A.I. didn't get the dunce cap full on tonight but since it failed to get results on the search for The Streetbeater right by saying it might refer to homeless folks collecting scrap but when I searched for the introduction to Sanford and Son TV series it called it the instrumental introduction envisioned by Quincy Jones who knew both Norman Lear and Redd Foxx in about 20 minutes and he and a few musicians he called to his studio in his recording company composed it in 20 or 30 minutes.

Considering the information presented was verbatim from Wikipedia with it calling The Streetbeater the Sanford and Son theme music instead , google A.I. may have dodged the dunce cap, it at least rated after school black board sentence writing for not being able to give the answer from "A to B" but from "B to A" with human intelligence to dumb it down for it. LOL

What made me think to use it for today's A.I. stump test was five employees of a local biz that started up two years ago and the owners boom town increased from 3 to 36 started talking 6 months or so back that their market sales were so low that they would be doing a 20 to 30 percent reduction in force firing in the near future.

Being the newest hires the 5 knew they would be the first RIF'd and all asked my former mechanic and current tow man if they could work for him because they knew that after a short semi retirement doing small scale wrecker work when he could no longer do mechanic repairs , he was buying new rollbacks to be able to handle law agency rotation impound hauls over two counties along with his normal customer requests.

When the owner of the company who they worked for pink slipped them all five danced out mouth trumpet dancing to The Streetbeater because they knew they had high per hour CDL tow jobs that the tow guy told them they could turn into full time work with full benefits the jobs they got RIf'd from didn't have. :)
