I'm trying to find a link to aerial photos of the Arboretum in Seattle, so's I can make a treasure map for my son...people have posted links to such sites for zeroing on their own properties, but I can't find any now.

    virtualearth.msn.com or maps.google.com

Though virtualearth can zoom in closer than google maps.

A really fun site is keyhole. They are just like a magic carpet ride. If you don't go too far they will "fly" you and the feeling is great. You can move the horizon---feels just like you are superman! LOL! I'll bet the kids would love it. They use actual satellite photos. I looked for my house and there it was! Every bush and tree.

Slow but good, enter the zip and it opens a new window and lets you fly around the area

I couldn't get those other links to work (could be my browser, could be my computer...it's getting persnickity), and I haven't tried the last one mentioned, but I did find www.topozone.com -- check it out.

Wow, this is great. I love ariel photos and street maps...but my youngest will be upset; she'll have trouble getting me off the computer for sure with this to play with!

You guys are great; there's so many smart and knowledgeable people on this site! I'm always learning something new.
