Well, I had been fighting the urge
but with 2 doe's in heat I just couldn't resist.

I wasn't sure I wanted end of June, early July babies.
And I don't live where it gets to hot.
Mostly 70's and some weeks in the 80's in the summer.
    I went a head and put the 2 doe's in with a buck. :)
We'll see what happens and might even get a blue eyed
kid or two since the buck has blue eyes and one of the
doe's (although not blue eyed herself) comes from a
    blue eyed mom.
So I have March and April babies coming and might even have
Late June babies. I jut love baby goats.
    Kidding season is so wonderful.

Best of luck with your breeding adventure! I'm sure it will be successful.

I have 2 does that may be open. The rest of the does are already making their udders and looking fat, but these two gals look like it didn't 'take'. It gets HOT here in June. I had June and July kids last year and i swore i would never do that again....so what to do now? There is ice on the ground now from our freaky Texas ice storm and it is easy to forget how 113 degrees feels (well, not really).

So, do i put my gals in with the buck, or hold them over....decisions decisions, LOL!
