Good job! Works really well, just be careful, if it prolapses once, it will most likely do it again. You may want to do a round of antibiotics just to be on the safe side, but if you cleaned the area well you shouldn't have too much of a problem. Watch the stools for the next few days, and should you see the pig strain switch to soft food, and give probios gel, or yogurt. Would not hurt to feed yogurt once or a few times a week as well. Is this a grower pig by chance? (missed the original thread) If this is not a grower pig and it happens again you may want to have a vet come by and pop a couple of stiches in. This is routine for prolapse. Once the stiches with the support are in place prolapse is a rare occurence. Best of luck!
