    Hi ,
I have a very nice pair of furline suede boots..I am wanting to clean the suede part. They are fine except for a little blackend specs in a area near bottom and also darkened area along botton of suede part..(water? ..??) Does anyone have experience cleaning suede..really making it look nice again?

Appreciate any input on this..thank you ... :) Patsy

Hi, I have used what is called a suede stone or stick. I think you can get it from a shoe store or a shoe repair shop. It's kind of like a pumice stone. You rub it on the suede and it's supposed to clean it . I hope this helps you.

I always go over my suade shoes with a nice stiff brush in both directions. It loosens any dirt, and raises the nap if it has become wet.
