You don't want to always be paid in ice cream?
I don't know the answer to your question, but depending on how much you brought it sounds like a pretty good trade!

Our farmers market suggests $2/lb for rhubarb.

When I want to check prices, I check out the grocery stores. Our huge Wal-mart usually has odd veggies, so they might have rhubarb.

I assume it would be trimmed without the leaves....you dont want someone to eat the poisonous leaves. I've never seen it sold with the leaves on it in my area.
