Does anyone know where the emergency fuel shutoff switch is located on a Honda Accord (1990)? Trying to start it, it has a fairly new fuel pump but it's not getting any gas.

I dont know about your car but do know you can sit in a quiet place, turn the key and hear the contacts close, follow that sound. Also listen to your gas inlet pipe to see if the electric fuel pump is working (key on, cap off) if its electric.

DH says they're usually in the side panel, in the back part of the car.

Well, we never found the switch, and our mechanic says it might not even have one, but dh got the car started. I think maybe what did it was he disconnected the battery to check the contacts and when he hooked it up again it started. Maybe that reset the computer or something. Thanks for the replies! :)
